HEY MY NAME IS
I am a qualified level 2 and 3 personal trainer, with over
7 years of experience in health & fitness. Throughout my journey, I have made many mistakes: including heavy restriction, fad dieting & endless cardio.
I used to train for around 4-5hrs per day; I was significantly under-eating, over-training and, as a bi-product, I was constantly exhausted. I lacked the proper education around fitness and nutrition. I refused to even look at chocolate.
I understand what it’s like to be doing so much, exhausted, wondering if you’ll ever achieve the body and lifestyle you truly desire. I understand what it’s like to feel completely lost in the pursuit of achieving your goals. It took actually hitting rock bottom for me before I made the change I knew I needed. I don’t want that for you.
