I will create you a training plan, built from the ground up, all based on your specific lifestyle, struggles and behaviours. I will take away all of the guesswork for you, so that all you have to do is focus on following the blueprint I have created for you, and taking one step at a time.
The last thing I want is for you to be eating boring and bland ‘diet’ foods. I want to show you that you can still eat all of your favourite foods whilst achieving amazing results. It’s so important that you enjoy your diet, otherwise you won’t stick to it! I will create a delicious and flexible meal plan for you; based on all of your favourite foods and preferences, with lots of choices to choose between.
You will receive regular, scheduled check-ins. This is where we will log your progress, measurements and photos to keep you accountable and ensure we’re moving in the right direction towards your goals. It’s not just your physique progress we’ll be looking at either. I will also be checking in on your habits, behaviours, sleep, stress, digestion and more. They’re all important parts of the bigger picture. You will also receive exclusive messaging access with me. I will always be here to answer any questions.
My goal is to educate you throughout your time working with me, so that you’ll never be stuck or in the dark again. You will receive access to educational E-books and coaching videos created by me. I will teach you everything I've learned: from nutrition and training, all the way to mindset and behaviours.
